If you think you know all the Windows 10 tricks by now, then you perhaps need to give it a second thought since there are many Windows 10 tricks that have not been publicized yet, given that Microsoft has recently released its new build for Windows 10 Insiders.
To make your Windows 10 experience even more pleasant, here is a list of some super-quick tips you’d surely love to explore:
Minimize all windows excluding the active one
Click on the window on which you want to hang on, grab the title bar and quickly make it travel back and forth (shake it!). After a few shakes, apart from the window that is open, all other windows will be minimized.
Quickly open the properties menu
Go to File Explorer, press and hold the ALT key, and double-click a program, file or folder to open its properties menu.
Pin the Recycle Bin to Start Menu
If you want to easily add the Recycle Bin to Task Menu then this step will do the job for you. Pin the Recycle Bin to Start Menu by right-clicking its desktop icon. Now you can see Recycle Bin on the right side of your Start Menu.
New Windows Key keyboard shortcuts
Press Win Key + l to open new Settings menu, Win Key + X runs the secret Start menu, while Win Key + A can be used to open the new Action center.
Windows 10 lets you scroll any window, including the one not active. The feature is active by default, but if it is inactive then you can go to Settings > Devices> Mouse & Touchpad> Scroll inactive windows by hovering your mouse over them to ON.
Speed through the Start Menu
Go to all apps section of the Start Menu, open a ‘speed dial’ list by clicking the letters or numbers above each alphabetical section, then click a number or letter in order to jump to that section of the Start Menu.
Manage your Taskbar using keyboard Shortcuts
You can quickly open the programs you have pinned to your Task Bar with the Win Key + Number Key keyboard shortcut. In order to cycle through the programs on Taskbar, Win Key + T can be used (Tap T key repetitively to move through the programs).
